Terms of use

These terms describe the use of OneSceneDeeper Publisher, a personal desktop tool for uploading approved videos to the owner’s YouTube channels.
1. Purpose and availability
The application is operated by Ayvaz and is intended for the owner’s use. It is not a public hosting platform, commercial subscription service or general-purpose video uploader for third parties. This website provides information and policies; it does not perform uploads or authorize Google accounts.
2. YouTube terms
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using the application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube’s rules, account restrictions, upload limits and content policies continue to apply.
3. Owner control
Only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage. Review the selected files, titles, descriptions and visibility before approving a batch. A public upload makes a video available to viewers on YouTube. Approval of a script or of the tool’s setup alone does not authorize publication.
The owner is responsible for obtaining the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded material, including footage, music, narration and other content. Editing, translation or commentary does not by itself establish permission to use third-party material.
4. Privacy and access
Before using the application, read and agree to its Privacy Policy. Google authorization can be revoked in Google Account connections. The owner remains responsible for securing the Mac and Google account used with the application.
5. Availability and results
The tool is provided as available. Uploads and processing depend on network access and Google services. There are no guarantees of uninterrupted availability, content acceptance, views, revenue or monetization. Check the final status in YouTube before assuming a video has been published successfully.
